Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price My recent stay at this hotel was far from the experience one would expect from a property charging 4-star rates. From the moment we checked in, it was evident that the hotel was poorly managed, with rooms that were not properly prepared for guests. Essential amenities were missing, and the intercom was non-functional, making even basic requests inconvenient. Toiletries were not adequately provided, and despite multiple follow-ups, service remained sluggish and unresponsive. The in-house restaurant further added to the disappointment--limited menu flexibility, an inability to accommodate even minor customizations, and excessive delays in service made dining an unpleasant experience. What's most frustrating is the stark contrast between the pricing and the actual value delivered. The hotel operates more like a property with little regard for guest experience, seemingly focused on financial gains rather than hospitality. The staff lacked proper training, and overall service standards were far below acceptable levels. For the rates charged, one would expect professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail--unfortunately, this hotel fails on all fronts. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay, especially when traveling with family. Improvisation in business management is required by the owners though the property is at a good location and well designed.

Location is niche. Absolutely serene and accessible from all the corners of Varanasi. Rooms are fantastic. And services are swift. Though a new hotel, yet endeavouring to catch-up fast with the best in its category.

Good hospitality by this hotel and service also so good. Staff is very cooperative.

These people do not change the linens after the guests are gone. We found lipstick marks on the bed sheet, duvet covers were dirty and in one room we even found bhujia pieces on the bed sheet. When you ask them to change the linen they will hand you the sheets and say you changed by yourself. We had very bad experience staying here. The prices they charge you are equivalent to a 3 star hotel but services worse then a road side cheap hotel.

The Hotel designing is very good... Management and Staff are very well behaved and cooperative... It is one of the best Hotel in Godhana... Thanks you Aditya Singh..

Worth visiting this place, Ambience is good. Food taste is not consistent I would say, sometimes you may get very nice food but sometimes you may get disappointed. Overall worth visiting this place.

We had a conference here. Services are not satisfactory as they started arrangements only after we reach there. Cleaning, seating arrangementsand stage nothing were ready on time. Food was average. During program they were interfering by bringing other potential customer that too on stage. Blaming us even for a AV cable, projectors cable etc.
