Hotel SM Palace

Extremely Disappointed with the Experience at SM Palace I had high expectations from SM Palace, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was no better. Despite the fancy hotel appearance, the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, which made the stay frustrating. What's worse, I was approached by a manager named Dheeraj, who directly asked me to leave a 5-star review. Not only was this unprofessional, but he even asked for my phone to submit the review on my behalf. This level of pressure and manipulation is completely unacceptable. I expected much better service and attention to detail, especially for a hotel claiming to offer premium experiences. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a true hospitality experience. Very disappointing!

Had a comfortable stay at SM Hotel, Ghazipur. The rooms were clean, staff was polite, and food from the in-house restaurant was tasty. Location is convenient and service was prompt. Would recommend for a short stay.

If you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay, I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. This place does not value its guests and fails to provide even basic hospitality.

I recently got a chance to stop over and stay at Hotel SM palace. Before booking the rooms, I did a quick check on Google Reviews and initially thought they were over-hyped and it felt too good to be true. On reaching the Hotel however, things fell into perspective and I knew all the reviews were genuinely true. SM Palace is built at the most convenient place possible for travelers. It is away from the city hustles and has a peaceful surrounding. The rooms are super clean and have all facilities on finger tips. They have ample parking space inside the premises. If you have prior booking, the rooms will be ready before arrival and they take all care to make you feel comfortable right from the time you step in. Food quantity is overwhelming, though the presentation requires a bit more work. They have a great restaurant to comfortably fit a mass of people. The staff is great and will be at your service anytime you call. Overall a great experience staying there twice. Special thanks to Lalit ji for making the stay fabulous and comfortable. Note for all those who might take this as a fake/paid review - This is my personal experience and opinion as I stayed there twice in December 2024. So you can trust on this and plan your visit at Hotel SM Palace.

The hotel and rooms were good, and had breakfast that was also good. But service and support is not appreciable. Lot of delay in service and not welcomed with open arms. There is a lot of improvement required in service and support from the hotel side. Timely room service they forgot completely.
