THE HOTEL DIAMOND

Very worst experience with Fab and Hotel Diamond. I will never booking by Fab app for hotel booking. The Hotel Diamond is also not a clean hotel and not provide bill for corporate employee. I'll never stay in The Hotel Diamond.

Best and budget hotel in ghaziabad. Staff is so good and his behaviour is also good. But don't order food from here. Thank you Instagram/ @rohit_maurya3

Everything asked with the hotel staff and kitchen staff was answered as no. Firstly we were opted early check-in and have 500 approx which has happed first time with any fab hotel..but we paid hoping to spend next 2 days peacefully...they did not do early check-in on the fab application which was stange and they took those 500 to there pocket Second the rooms were totally different..there was pathetic smell in that room and I felt like throwing up... immediately we asked for the manager he told this is the only room and we will use room freshner but we declined as we have paid 3500 for 2 days in first place and extra 500 for early check-in so we immediately called the fab customer support..there was no support as such however the room was changed immediately...I don't how suddenly another room was free and that too big one which they showed in there pictures Third the water was no free and they charged 30 per bottle and told us that no outside food is allowed you have to ask the kitchen first and confirm they can make that...this was so annoying as every question asked was answered as no In the end I would say this was the most pathetic fab I ever stayed and was happy to do early check out and move to another hotel Fab has best hotels but never knew I will experience the worst service from fab only.

Good service. Highly recommendable hotel. And the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.. The room were clean

The hotel location is terrible, it is very dirty and water is logged. The hotel condition is very bad, room is dirty, cleanliness is not upto the mark. Curtains are dirty. They are not cooperative and is not good for family. There is so much chaos here and its very noisy. Doors also don't get locked properly.

Based on price stay was good. Finding a location is bit tricky. Room was too small, stained blanked and pillow was not clean. Overal fine if you want stay with low budget. Breakfast was not upto the level.

Room are net & clear room service also Better

Worst property staff is very low standard and unprofessional.when you book the property from oyo or other app price show different and when you reached the property they ask different and also the staff is very unprofessional and low standard. This property should ban from all the the existing application. If the app ban from this hotel nobody reached to the property because this property is in village and these owner jerk have no other option to get people know about this property.because of we people using online booking applications then only they will Abel to survive otherwise nobody get to know about this 3rd class village property inside.
