The hotel is a particular four star hotel. The rooms are very great. The staff is very great. The problem with this hotel is that it is situated near low income locality. Though the price range that they are offering, the rooms is very great. If you don't care about the outside views from your window, you can definitely go to this particular hotel. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The towels and everything are top notch like you will get in any four star hotel. This particular hotel is situated near vaishali Metro. You have to book a shot auto ride or a cab that will take up to 2 km 3 km, and then you can reach the destination. It is highly recommended hotel if you don't care about outside views.

The Housekeeping staff is just awesome. At the same time, immediate solution to the problems raised, cleanliness, best part was food quality and warmth in hospitality given by the staff, its a must visit place with family oriented atmosphere.

The party was a huge success! Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and good service provided by Bharti ji. The team's attention to detail and warm hospitality made the celebration truly special and memorable!

Excellent service, food and personnel are very accommodating. I recommend you visit them. These people Abshik, Kajal,Bharti,Aanchal did a very good job. They deserve reward from management.

The hotel and rooms are good. But since there are multiple banquet halls in the property, one could not sleep properly if there is some party going on at night. The sound was very disturbing and it went on till 11:30 pm

The reception manager doesn't know how to handle the customer. We had already checked in to this hotel. While dropping our checked in guest to another room Aman was asking me to prove there is no room with number 5151 in the hotel. We had been cooperating with the hotel management since evening when they asked us to check in into 3 different rooms. But all went south when he followed us to the floor as if I am outsider trying to sneaked in for a free stay. This careless attitude is really bad for hotel business
