1 Star - Scam in the Name of Hospitality We confirmed over the phone that three of us (family) needed one extra bed, and the hotel said it was fine. But upon arriving at midnight, exhausted from travel, we were suddenly told that because one of us was a woman, we had to book two separate rooms. No explanation, no logic--just a shameless attempt to rip us off. This place thrives on deception, preying on guests at inconvenient hours to force unnecessary charges. If integrity and fairness mean anything to you, avoid this scam of a hotel.

Nice hotel, little delay in service but can stay for a night for business trip, food was good in taste and affordable

Had a stay of three days there! They have maintained cleanliness only in the main entrance area. Rooms are not cleaned. i could see tens of cockroaches in my room. Unfortunately, in those three days, they didn't send even a single person to clean the room and toilet! Bedsheet spread already had four to five big holes and plenty of stains, and they did not care to change it before room allocation! However, yes, staff is friendly. Rooms have sufficient furniture and space. Although, in every room, 'no outside food is allowed' is written, but you can have anything from outside for meal. They helped me with lukewarm water everytime I required! Parking space is not much but sufficient four three to four car parking, that too is open parking with no barrier!

In addition to my previous review, new addition is that hotel has added wooden extension to the beds but did not thought to make the edges blunt. Everyday I, my family members and hotel's housekeeping staff get injured because of that. Even if you are wearing jeans still your leg between foot and knee gets injured because of its knife like sharp edges. Its a low height bed. I have never got this much injured even in childhood. And there is no point talking to reception, you will only end up being angry because reception jokes about all issues and do nothing. I will give you an example. I called house keeping but for 3 hours they didn't come even though my mother asked reception many times. Then I called reception. They start talking absurd so I said to them sarcastically that do we need to wait all the day then a dirty man on reception's phone said "Toh may intezar kiya karo pura din"..... Its a total down market.... Motel like hotel..... Women's out there do not come to this hotel....plz refrain from bringing your female family members to this hotel.

Amazing experience! We organised engagement ceremony here at 12/9/21 Food was soo good. Service staff was very hardworking. I dnt remember the name of manager but that sir kept all his promises. I will highly recommend this place. We got late to wind up the function still no pressure was imposed from hotel to end the program soon. I left last at 1:30am around in the night, staff were cleaning and closing all the things , till that time service staff served me soft drink by themself . This gesture overwhelmed me

A very third class services and food quality is very bad because me come this hotel from last 24 month by company meeting .me give 0 star if possible

The hotel staff was really unsupported and does lot of inappropriate things. We arranged a birthday party and paid all advance.They looted us by providing limited snacks . There were 5 snacks in the party with main course. They serve only chilli potatoes and serve very less like paneer and Manchurian. Swati is the manager who arrange everything but after taking payments she turned out with her words. After taking money they change all commitments. Even staff was eating food while party was going own. It seems fraud been done to us while serving food in very limited quantity.Also there are electric issues in parties.5 times the electrict went off and no backup for 5 min.Lifts were not working at all.

I really don't know why people are writing good reviews. Either the hotel gave them some complimentary items or maybe gave these reviewers heavy discounts. The hotel is falling apart. The outer facade is okayish but the rooms are infested with bugs. The toilet fittings are rusted and in dire need of repair. It's not even hygienic. They changed the room twice but the rooms have a bad smell. They have been listed as an institutional quarantine hotel but the conditions are unsanitary. Why did the government not check it before selecting this particular hotel? They're charging 2000 per day. For what? It's hell.
