First of all Door lock was broken and staff provided me that room, since I was alone and it was midnight so I stayed otherwise I couldn't have. Room was worst. I had my exam next day so it was necessary for me to stay. KIFQ0419 was my booking id. No facilities were provided to me, room was dirty, bedsheets, pillow cover was dirty. Geyser was off and not operable. They have given me a single layer blanket and temperature was 10-12. Toilet was dirty and unhygienic. No soap, towel were provided. Even they haven't give me drinkable water too.. No Ac was in the room as you can in photos. Even no electricity was in the morning. No Wi-Fi Tv was unplugged from the switch board. Overall worst I won't give any star to them...
