Several aspects of the hotel left me disappointed and compelled me to share my feedback, especially for families and single guests considering this accommodation. One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of power during the daytime, resulting in the air conditioning being non-functional during those hours. This made it extremely uncomfortable to stay in the room, particularly during hot weather. It's disheartening that the hotel couldn't provide a consistent power supply, as it significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Another concern I had was the absence of a lock on the room door. This raised serious security issues, as it made me feel uneasy about the safety of my belongings and personal space. A proper lock on the door should be a basic requirement for any hotel, and it was disappointing to see this oversight at OYO Flagship 810241 Amazing Inn. Furthermore, the washroom inside the room was constructed with a portable cabin, which was far from ideal. The use of such facilities suggested a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards. It's essential for a hotel to maintain proper and well-maintained washroom facilities for the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Additionally, it became evident that the hotel had a high number of couples checking in for very short durations, typically 1-2 hours. This constant footfall of couples seeking such arrangements created an uncomfortable atmosphere for other guests, particularly families and single individuals. Due to this environment, I would not recommend this hotel for families or single guests looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, my stay at OYO Flagship 810241 Amazing Inn in Muradnagar was far from satisfactory. The lack of power during the day, the absence of a lock on the room door, the substandard washroom facilities, and the discomfort caused by the high number of short-term couple stays made it clear that this hotel is not recommended for families and single guests. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
