OYO 2551 Hotel Krishna Sagar

I recently stayed at this Hotel for 2 week, and I had an exceptional experience. This is excellent place, All rooms are neat and clean, everyone should go and enjoy the hotel facilities.

One of the worst experiences I have had while staying at a place. The rooms are large but they smell as they were not cleaned well. The corridors are poorly ventilated and emit a strange odor.. The room has a window AC that is not sufficient for the size of the room. Even after 5 hours of running the room was hot. I stayed in July and the heat was unbearable. Room service is pathetic when asked for water i received an old pet bottle filled with water after two hours of asking. Apparently mineral water is provided at a cost. The sheets and towels were poorly washed and there were no toiletries. They were not supplied even after being asked. The building itself is old and plasters next to the window kept falling down while we were staying. The staff were rude when we were trying to move out of the place and blamed my booking partner for queries. Very disappointed with the stay and will never recommend the place.

Should renovate their rooms as many customers come and one can get bulk room booking
