I had a terrible experience at this hotel. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic amenities to work, but that was not the case. The water heater was completely useless, making it impossible to take a warm shower. The telephone in the room didn't work either, so I had to go down to the reception every time I needed something. On top of that, the service was slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not worth the high price. I would not recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel. The management is completely unprofessional, and the staff's behavior was appalling. In particular, Krishna, the receptionist, stood out for all the wrong reasons. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive throughout my stay. Instead of addressing my concerns or assisting with basic queries, he seemed more interested in arguing and making me feel unwelcome. His lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is shocking for someone in the hospitality industry. On top of that, the overall service was abysmal. Rooms were not clean, amenities were either broken or missing, and any requests for assistance were met with delay or outright neglect. It's clear that the management does not care about maintaining basic standards or guest satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. There are far better options available where you'll be treated with respect and provided with the quality of service you deserve. Stay away from Hotel Rasa unless you're prepared for a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Cheapest staff including the manager. 0% professionalism, no dress codes, no hospitality etiquettes... The reception was full of male workers which will make anyone uncomfortable. All were speaking among them with slangs in front of ladies also.. Never recommend this facility to families.

Terrible Experience - Poor Management and Rude Staff We recently stayed at Hotel THE RASA vasundhara with 25 rooms and it was one of the worst experiences we had with a hotel. Very first day we found one Urine filled bottle along with other drinking water on table and it was reported to staff and management as well and they promised to chk CCTV footage which report is still awaited for outcomes in-spite of various reminders no action has been taken. We left some stuff like Blazer and chargers spects in room and informed the hotel but even after day passed no satisfactory reply recd. Just false assurance we will check. Stay away from Hotel THE RASA VASUNDHARA unless you're prepared for a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The room was neat and clean. Staffs are polite. Stayed alone. And it was quite safe. Overall a great stay.
