One of the worst stay, Firstly I was denied check-in and was told there are no rooms available on this price,even though I had booked it using Booking.com and when the room was given no toiletries were provided, even bathroom locks were missing,no hot water, even after asking they didn't provide any toiletries and Wi-Fi was also denied there. I don't know how people have given five stars for such a bad service.

Very unsupportive hotel. Do not abide to committment. Deny giving room. Booked by agoda. They are not ready to give room. Charging extra money from me. Not listening to guests.

Oyo has it's name but owners don't agree when you try to check in then that they demand extra or cutting breakfast making it paid

They denied access to room even after making online booking. Very rude staff & owner. Please dont go here. Not at all recommend.

I had paid payment as per the shown in your app but during the check in they charged extra money I don't know why you people Fool your customer.

Very much surprided when hotel reception person told me they dont consider online booking and i have tonpay extra 500 rs to getvthe room. Rooms was very untidy, bathroom tap is not working electric switches are not properly connected very bad experience.
