Extremely Disappointed - Rude Staff, No Support, and False Promises I don't usually write reviews, but my experience here was so upsetting that I feel compelled to tell others. I stayed for just a single night, and it was not a great hotel experiences which I definitely expected in a staycation at a Ramada hotel that I have paid a lot for. The ONLY positives: the room was mostly clean, and the AC worked. That's where the good things ended for us. In the restaurant, I waited 28 minutes for a simple cream of mushroom soup - which came raw & unsalted, with the smell of raw milk and cream. We sent it back and received a watered down, salted but still raw version of it. Next, we ordered stirfry vegetables - we received plain boiled, unsalted and unseasoned veggies. I sent it back for re-cooking and gave tips on how to cook it. The Indian cuisine was still bearable. The huge thing is that being such a mediocre hotel, the staff at this hotel are shockingly rude and hostile towards their customers. From check-in to check-out, it felt like warm customer service was a foreign concept to them and that they were doing ME a favour of sorts. I wasn't expecting any 5 star treatment, but basic courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask. The worst part? They completely ignore calls. I tried calling the restaurant, room service/housekeeping and even front desk several times late at night to ask about the so-called "24/7 dining" they advertise -- which, by the way, was one of the reasons I booked this place in the first place. Not a single call was answered. Not even an automated message. Nothing. It's absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to promote round-the-clock dining and then completely ghost guests when they try to use it. If the management is reading this, here's a tip: train your staff to be kind, responsive, and actually present. A working phone line and decent customer service are not luxuries -- they're bare minimum requirements for any hotel. Clean rooms and a working AC are not enough to make up for the complete lack of hospitality. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you're okay with being treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest.

The Hotel is undergoing some major renovation. It is extremely noisy in some rooms, the pool and other facilities on top floor are out of use. The restaurant advertise international cuisine though this evening served only Indian food from a buffet (though it was tasty). There is no bar, our travel agent should have advised this. Rooms on floor 8 are nice, but overall the hotel falls hort of its 4 stars and our expectations.

Had my guests stay and Haldi Mehendi here. WONDERFUL. For decor, please please please talk with Satbir / Gobind. They did a Fabulous Job!Gave them a photo from Pinterest and they did SOOO Good. Genuinely lovely folks to work with. Golden Tulip made my wedding super memorable, right from our stay to all the functions, it was wonderful. Particularly the ever helping nature of our one man contact with the Hotel...Mr. Sunil and his team/entire staff of Hotel did the wonderful job. And not to forget, special thanks to Chef and his team for such tasty and sumptuous dishes .....Thanks Mr Sunil and entire staff of Hotel Golden Tulip, Vasundhara.

Visited the property for sister in laws wedding. Great food by chef gaurav. Thai green curry was nice. ||Overall positive experience for all friends and family. Would have liked if they had a functioning swimming pool as well but other than that, nice

This is a very good hotel, the food quality was good. The rooms were good. The cleanliness was properly maintained. The staff were good. Only location is little bit inside and nearby area was not properly maintained , otherwise everything is perfect.

It appears a run down hotel taken over by Ramada. Room is okay. Buffet dinner is below average when you paying 1500 tax. Pool not operational. Gym seems not dedidaced for Hotel and many out of hotel guest can be seen. Buffet breakfast is good. Overall average experience for the price you are paying.

We celebrated wedding function at thid property and few of our guests had also stayed in the property. Stay was comfortable and the function also happened successfully. Food prepared by Chef Gaurav was delicious. It's a good property to visit.

This hotel have very less services then they show. They don't have any basic medical facilities like a headche medicine or any kind of bandit etc. Their after 11 PM menu is also not good only 1 item was available from last 15 food items which was shown in the menu. Also services are very late to reach to the room. Their night manager is useless. Whatever you ask they only say sorry on all the requests. So i prefer all the people looking to stay in here please bring everything with you to avoid any kind of problem.
