Hotel Anurag Palace

The hotel experience was average. The service provided was also decent but not exceptional. Given the quality of the services, the pricing felt a bit on the higher side. It would be great if the checkout time could be extended to 12 noon for more convenience.

Staff behaviour of this hotel is very rude. In night around 12:15 am, there is no water coming in bathroom then I ask politely to staff boy what is the issue, then staff boy behaved very rudely and said he can do nothing and said "are jao yha se" . If any customer comes from another city and staff behaviour like this then this is the worst experience of any person. I suggest evryone not to come this hotel at any cost.

Very bad experience. I am not going to suggest any one to visit here. hotel management is very rude and service is very very poor.

Very rude behaviour of reception staff. I have booked ' Super deluxe room ' INR 1562 from MMT but he dined to provide the same , he says that we haven't provided Super deluxe room in that price. He proved a normal room' in which no setup box for TV, and landline phone was also in dead condition. Very poor experience. Never recommended.

Nice place to come with family and friends and take a room to rest here. This place has a restaurant and they provide room service too. The behaviour of the staff is also very good and polite.

However the catering service is good but the house keeping service needs improvement as found dust on the table and other areas.

Hotel is not too far from the railway station. The room was in good condition The staff was of helping nature. Food was also good but the quantity was lesser. Overall a decent place to stay.
