Dudhwa Nirwana Resort

I stayed twice in this resort, i liked resort, but faced issue with hygiene. Washroom was stinking asked staff to clean after multiple follow up as well they didn't turn-up. As i liked resort second time planned with family and this was horrible this time biggest mistake i did. Rooms were not cleaned bed sheet were not changed. Washroom again stinking used toilet paper left. For such horrible rooms they charge 8000 Rs.

Staff are very friendly & accommodating to tour needs. The food in the restaurant has plenty of choice for those that love Indian, Chinese & other continental choices & is very good. The hotel is also very well located close to Dudhwa Tiger Reserve as its 10 mins drive away. Has a great pool. So great option if you are doing a safari in Dudhwa.

Property was good except the service. The staff was UNTRAINED with no experience. With an exception of Ms. Sana who is well trained. We liked her service the most. She was very pro-active, attentive, promt, professional in her service. Others were unaware of basic services. Breakfast was buffet food but cold and limited. Also, there is no ice box and flasks for safari Food spread is very limited but tasty.The only best resort nearby for Dudhwa forest safari.Services can be improved based ou feedback as it is new property

The resort offers a pleasant ambiance with spacious rooms and good food, making for a comfortable stay. However, the experience is marred by the lack of basic service quality. The staff appears untrained and unfamiliar with standard hospitality etiquette, affecting the overall guest experience. A more professional and well-trained team could significantly enhance the appeal.

Well, The most important thing was the biggest disaster. The service. The service staff was completely UNTRAINED. They dont understand simple hindi language as if they have been brought from near by villages and are left to deal with clients who paid 6-7k per night for stay. Room was good, property was good, Food was good but the service destroyed everything that was good. NOT RECOMMENDED for the price we paid. If you are getting it for 2-3k per night then you can think.

Awful Experience at this resort. Not worth the price. Stale food served, No in-room landline connection, no wifi service, not a maintained pool. I would never recommend anyone to visit this resort, No AC and a very UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Government Guest Houses are better than this.

Poor service quality, lack of coordination ,untrained and unprofessional staff. Location and fooding is good . Electricity problem faced blackout of 30 mins at a strech. Lizard's in room , termite on bed headboard , mosquito filled rooms with honeybee's topping and water leakage in room from rains . Smelly bathroom .

Rooms were okayish and clean .size was small.Food was exceptionally good and freshly prepared every time.They also provided fresh breakfast after return from morning safari at 11. Pool water was clean but there were bugs in it.Staff was courteous.
