The only good thing about the room was location. - toilet seat was not cemented to the floor so was shaking. - shower was not working - bathroom latch was broken - Put of three room was given before checkin I thought on good will gesture but they charged 500 Rs for 2 hours - on asking to get additional glasses as guest came n use the existing one the manager was way too rude n said can't be given - towels can't be given - I believe they are able to do good business as they r in Vrindavan but zero effort towards giving experience to the guest.

I booked through make my trip. When I reached property hotel staff stated that they were overbooked and can't provide any rooms. About 20 persons faced same problem that day. Police was called and we came to know that this is regular for anandam hotel. In the meantime reception staff flew. People who were staying there also fighting with staff for poor service and no water. We waited for about 5 hours and then left to book another hotel. My trip was ruined due to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a day and were very disappointed. You can see the pictures to get a better idea of the conditions. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with visible grime and stains. Additionally, the exhaust fan was not working, which made the room even more uncomfortable. The room itself had spider webs, signs of seepage, and an unpleasant odor. The backside balcony was also very dirty, with debris and a lack of cleanliness. These issues significantly impacted our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. However, the only advantage of the hotel was its location. The area was convenient and accessible, which could be appealing to some guests. Despite this, the overall cleanliness and functionality of the hotel were lacking, and we would not recommend staying there based on our experience. It is important for hotels to maintain cleanliness and ensure that all amenities are in working order to provide a satisfactory stay for their guests. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet these standards, and we were left feeling disheartened by the conditions. If you are considering staying in this area, I would suggest looking for other accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and functionality.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room cleaning service was below expectations--rooms were not maintained properly, and cleanliness standards were poor. Additionally, there was a major inconvenience when the power went out; the diesel generator (DG) backup failed to function properly, leaving us without electricity for a considerable time. Overall, the hospitality was quite disappointing and not what one would expect from a professionally run hotel. Definitely not worth the experience.

Un managed property! Nothing likes clarks inn. In a recent visit their was no water supply in property, we got late for darshan due to it. In room ac is for decor only. Room no. 3206 is pathetic that we stayed in. Don't book this hotel. Country inn nearby is renovated and better.

!! SCAM ALERT !! Dont book Anandam Clarks Inn Vrindavad The worst Hotel that I stayed in. Firstly its not a hotel or resort its a residential development converted into a Hotel. Secondly, everything about this hotel is pathetic. The staff the rooms the location, the customer handling, receptionist Mr. Shivam. I booked a three bedroom villa through Agoda ( non refundable) paying Rs. 9600/- for a night. And I got a villa with broken door handles, leaking bathrooms, smelly air conditioners, broken bathroom vanities, room full of dirty bedsheets and pillows and what not. I asked them to give me another villa to which they replied that we are fully booked. So I asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount to which Mr. Shivam replied that please contact Agoda( This is at 12:30 AM) and I was with my family. So I asked him to give me in writing that we cannot refund the amount and the guest is not willing to check in due to above mentioned reasons and you know the answer that I got from him, as usual I cannot. So I asked him to give a feedback form and again the answer was we dont have it. So I request all of you not to book this pathetic hotel/resort/residential building through agoda as this platform is also of no use. Zero customer support from their end also.

Extremely Disappointed - Misleading 4-Star Claim My stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was a complete letdown. There was absolutely no proper service - the geyser didn't work, the washroom was dirty, and the walls had visible dampness with a constant musty smell. What's even more shocking is that the management seems to have only 2-3 staff members working long hours, clearly overburdened, and unable to attend to guests properly. It's unfair both to the guests and the employees. The hotel is poorly maintained and clearly misrepresents its rating. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their facilities and staff management

Absolutely Horrible - Never Staying Here Again This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room we were given reeked of a terrible smell, and the entire property--including the lobby--was filthy and unhygienic. The AC didn't work, and the room service staff were rude and completely unbothered by our complaints. After an hour of struggle, we were moved to another room, which was somehow even worse--rats were roaming around freely and even got into our Prasad, which was not only disgusting but also a serious insult to our religious beliefs. This place is a health hazard and a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Avoid at all costs.
