Good food but poor and much delayed service. Insufficient staff and carelessness of management may be the reason. Drinking and smoking permitting everywhere in resort makes it less comfortable to those who wish to visit along with their family and kids. It may be allowed in specified places, rather everywhere in resort area including pool area, to make the resort more family friendly... overall experience with this resort was average.

It's may 2024, and they have continuously the worst service since last one year. Went there several times because of swimming pool facility, expecting improvement in service and quality of food after pool usage. But forget that, even normal tea coffee will take half an hour to 45 min to serve. Forget your party orders, they will take an eternity to arrive. Staff has no responsibility whatsoever regarding delay in service. Just chilling. I suggest everyone to enjoy pool here and eat elsewhere. Not enough staff to cater rush on weekends, disappointed to say that having three restaurant in Jhansi , the one with the biggest area is the worst.

Visted at 4:30 PM with my wife. Weather is hot and humid, no one ask for any thing, instead said you can not sit inside hall for snacks as hall is pre booked for tonight. I told to manage table chair at outside or either switch on fan but there is no availabilty of inverter/Generator in case electricity cut down. Pool experience is good but for food, my mood changes after seeing service, as no one entertaining you. Manager and workers gather at one end gossyping.

There food service is not at all good. It takes them too long to serve food also the taste and quality is not so good. Also they keep changing there policy every time you visit them.

Pool is Good & Food Quality is Also Good. But The Service is very Bad.They Take Time To Bring Their Food.Management is Also Very Very Bad .The Cold Drinks Are Served Hot . There is an ac room but the staff says it is booked .So due to this we need to sit outside in the ground

It's OK to spend your weekend here...but I'm sure you can skip this place as there are many other options available....the pool was really dirty...n the most upsetting part was their bathroom/changing room...it had literally no lights...no windows...not even a tiny hole through which the light rays can travel inside the bathroom n help people...they are charging us just like the others but not giving the amenities any close to others....So, really didn't like it....I hope the make the necessary changes

Worst experience i have ever faced....food quality pathetic, order is always delayed, staff is not corporative...one staff his name was shailendra was very rude...i feel disrespect that time.....

I wish I could give negative rating to this place,Just the lawn area is good otherwise rooms have sooo many sharp edges it's not at all kids friendly, room doesn't have toiletries not even towels,there is still ntercom phone which is not working, we got tea in 1.5 hours,no one to take order,no one knows how to take order,very annoying,thank god we just booked 3 rooms n not booked entire place which we were planning for up coming event.Waiter doesn't even turned back to collect cup even from our side n morning he served tea n left the mess on bed.
