Don't even think of staying here. Useless place. Staff behaviour was very rude. After check in we could stay here only for 2 hrs and paid 2850/- for an delux room which was full shocks. Lots of mosquito/cockroach and one of my friend got bitten badly by wasps. We were there for a marriage and wanted a room to take bath and get ready. But my friend had horrible night because of pain. No water was provided.

I visited for a wedding reception, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was courteous and we'll behaved. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The food at the function and breakfast both were outstanding. Overall a very good experience

Very nice place for function and parking for four wheeler is available.

Easy to reach and visible from road. No parking space and you have to park your vehicle on road. Banquet hall is fine but hygiene is a big issue. Common toilet is pathetic. Rooms are just okay. House flies all around.

No proper parking area.. Rooms are way too small. No AC only Coolers available.. Food was ok but hygiene not maintained.

I stayed in this hotel on 31.5.2022 . Behaviour of Staff was very Bad and Very Very rude These Persons charges Much more charges . I complain on this Mail id but no one responded. These persons doing fraud. Taken Rs 2044 for Non AC room and given Bill of Rs 1644 only Persons should beware regarding such things.

One of the oldest, reputed & well maintained banquet hall of the city. Have some rooms also for staying guests. The rooms are also quite well maintained. It is situated on busy Delhi road. However, now, after construction of a railway overbridge, it's location has become little tricky to reach. Now, it is located on a side lane beneath the railway overbridge. Car parking is a real problem in this narrow side lane when hundreds of guests reach for a function. Due to this car parking problem, this place has gone down in preference.

Very bad experience, staff's behaviour was quite poor, had faced issues during checkout for billing. Manager is such a bad man as he wants event whole money in advance before two days of the function. The reason behind this is, he and his staff is pathetic, talks rudely and does not want to listen any complain and issue during the event, he has received the money, so that's all. No matter what needs to be done.
