Booked 10 rooms for 3 nights in Nov 2023, sharing my experience: 1. Manager Kuldeep's behaviour was very rude, he should learn to treat their customers politely. 2. Cleanliness Issue : Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. 3. In few washrooms flush was not working. 4. Even we saw Rats in our room. 5. No Almirahs and Dressing mirror present. Overall management was not cooperative to resolve any issues.
