My recent stay at Hotel Vashudev Garden fell short of expectations, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment. The first issue was with the cleanliness of the premises. The room I was assigned had noticeable signs of inadequate maintenance and hygiene. The linens were stained, and the overall tidiness left much to be desired. It was clear that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Moreover, the amenities mentioned online were not provided as expected. The advertised Wi-Fi was either unavailable or extremely slow, making it challenging to use for basic browsing or work-related tasks. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, and despite notifying the staff, the issue was not adequately resolved during my stay. The customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to requests. It was a struggle to get their attention and even then, the service was lackluster and lacked a sense of hospitality or eagerness to assist. The dining experience was subpar. The quality and variety of food were not up to par with the price I paid. The menu lacked diversity, and the taste of the dishes was unremarkable. The breakfast options were limited and lacked freshness. Additionally, the location was not as convenient as advertised. It was far from major attractions, making it necessary to rely on transportation for access to popular tourist spots. In summary, my stay at Hotel Vashudev Garden was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, inadequate amenities, indifferent customer service, subpar dining options, and an inconvenient location. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a satisfactory and enjoyable stay.
