Hotel Rajvilla

The behaviour of staff is very disgusting , i booked the hotel online and they said me the rooms are not under the range of 999 , even i have already paid for the room online . After that they are giving sach kind of stupid silly excuses to the customer . They not even deserve this single star either

Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Nice property at a very convenient part of the city. Very cordial staff. I must mention about the very tasty and excellent food provided by the hotel. Rooms were very cosy and adequately neat & tidy. Interiors of the dining area was excellent.

First off, there are no lifts, so be prepared for a workout if you're on anything other than the ground floor. The absence of WiFi made any attempt at connectivity futile, adding frustration to the mix. The bathroom situation was dire; no hot water meant enduring ice-cold showers. As if that wasn't enough, the room seemed to have its own mosquito farm, making a good night's sleep impossible. The narrow steps felt more like a climbing challenge than a simple staircase, posing a serious safety concern. To top it off, customer service was abysmal. Attempts to address these issues fell on deaf ears; the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. Save yourself the headache - steer clear of this place at all costs. A regrettable stay that I wouldn't wish on anyone."

I stayed there few months ago . No cleanliness in rooms and bathroom. Entrance stairs very narrow snd steep. Not suitable for old people. There is no food service available, not even tea. I used to get my tea n breakfast from outside. No proper proffesional staff. Just 2 persons who kept listening to radio at night, that too on high volume. Not recommended at all

A cafe shop is located in ground floor where u can get tea cofee , cookies , cake , pasti , sandwich, Tea , Coffee, sitting Tables with good infrastructure of shop ... It open after 10:00 am - Close 9:00 pm

Staff were really attentive at this Hotel went above and beyond to all requests and managements. The breakfast is probably the best in the City, waiters know exactly what to serve you with. Overall it was an amazing experience 11/10 from my side.

One of the best hotel with a high class amenities and higher in Quality. They serve their customer with a very professional manner and in well Etiquette. I suggest you can give them a chance they will make you amazing memories.

The smiling and willing to help staff is the plus point ,Stay was comfortable. The place was clean and aesthetically designed. Very spacious with good views.
