Rooms are not soundproof Mosque train all the voice are so annoying moreover pigeons doors from 4 am till 9 I can't sleep for a second Food is very nice but nothing can compensate the sleep so annoying stay

**Unprofessional Staff and Poor Customer Service** - I had an early check-in and informed the receptionist that my booking included breakfast until 12 PM the following day. - I requested that, since I would be checking out early at 6 AM, my breakfast for the next day be provided on the day of check-in. - The receptionist was unable to respond to my request. - I tried to contact the manager, Manoj Gupta, 5-8 times, but he did not respond to my calls. - Very disappointed with the unprofessional staff and poor customer service.

Went on 26th night after confirming the timing on call that restaurant is open till 11pm . We reached around 10.20 pm red chilli restaurant's ac was getting serviced so the waiter asked us to go upstairs wen went upstairs the moon cafe the manager says service is closed my husband called that waiter after arguing with my husband they agreed to serve us bt told us ( ki thoda tym lagega ) we ordered Chinese the service was too slow thoda nhi bahot tym laga . The food is good bt the service is worst . The prices are very high.

A great property in the area of Basti. Went there while coming back from nepal and it's worth it. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff's are good, very helpful and supportive anytime. And the main attraction is the food. Taste is so awesome and sufficient quantity as well. Chocolate shake was damn good alongwith non veg item's. Overall a great stay here.

Lajwab foods . Amazing taste

I thinks it's the best place in district. They got good ambience, at least in the lobby. Can select from the restaurants so that's kinda refreshing. The inside one is better for typical indian and mughlai dishes, so goes for meal plans. To hang out they gor another place on rooftop which is kinda nice too as long as you remember where you are and what kind of crows tou vam expect. The cream of the city wines and dines here so guess that says enough about it in itself.
