Good experience. Also services is good.

Worst experience than ever. Restaurant price is too high and don't even have quality. I booked 12 rooms, they didn't provided basic amenities such as towels despite being asked.

Booked for engagement rooms are still fine but pathetic service don't even know how to treat a guest also not even respectful behaviour restaurant is too expensive. Overall didn't like the place.

It was my first visit in Basti. I was wonder that it may be very tough to get good and hygiene hotel. But I googled and found this good hotel. During this pandemic to get the neat and clean hotel was very tough but I was fortunate. You will also get delicious food. It was really awesome and morning breakfast made my day. Thank you

Nice food at very affordable price. Service is not up to the mark but that is common feature of almost all the restaurants of Basti. Here also they don't have the full information about what they are offering in the menu. Leave that aside, nice place otherwise.

Not good as expected, not hygienic service was very poor. No good service of staff things very horrible as rat and mosquitoes were available. Also washroom uncleaned.people opened this place in the mind keeping to make money as no good option available and others are also have similar experience. If you want to stay with family try to stay in gorakhpur any good hotel overthere instead of making your journey suffering. It's really horrible. However food was good in restaurant so you can try.

I have only seen it from the outside is look nice I think in basti bhavya palace hotel is good to visit the location is also good it includes top hotel in basti. Go and visit there for you party or any celebrations

Wrost hotel This hotel was worse than I have ever seen. The behavior of the hotel staff is not good. There are no facilities of any kind as spent in the hotel. All these features are there but can't use anything I give this hotel -5 star
