Keshav Resort

We had a booking at Keshav Resort in February, but our experience was quite disappointing. There are several areas where they need major improvements. 1. Safety Issues: Electrical cables were lying on the ground, causing many people to trip and fall. This is a serious safety hazard that needs urgent attention. 2. Poor Maintenance & Cleanliness: The curtains and decorations were extremely old and dirty, making the venue look unappealing. 3. Uncooperative Management: The manager was unsupportive and even attempted to switch off the DG (generator) during the wedding. We had to intervene and manage the situation ourselves. 4. Unjustified Charges: After the wedding, one of our guests required a room for just three hours, yet they charged 1,500, despite us already paying around 3 lakhs for booking the lawn--an unreasonably high amount. 5. Damaged Facilities & Blame Game: Many door locks were broken and not working, but instead of taking responsibility, the manager blamed us for the damage, which was completely unfair. Overall, for the high price we paid, the service and facilities were extremely poor. Keshav Resort needs to work on safety, cleanliness, and customer service to provide a better experience for guests. I wouldn't recommend this venue unless they make serious improvements.

I had booking on 13 dec 2023 1. They charge hefty amount for really minimal lighting and decor. 2. Baraati would face lots of risk while approaching venue as Gorakhpur lucknow highway is damn busy every time so there is risk of fast moving vehicles 3. They charge fuel cost extra apart from hefty amount of 250000 +. 4. They dont have any lighting and decor on roof as they have open sky and they charge hefty for this. 5. Manager behaviour is always in ignorant mode and he maintains improper and poor coordination.

This is the hotel in which the organisation of marriage party, Birthday Party, Other Party is done . It is two floor building in which ground floor is a massive hall and 1st floor have the eight room ,office is available. Rooms are very decent, good looking and spaceous. Washroom have the geyser facility and western water closet. Management is cooperative and it is very big and it has the large ground. It looks like the very impressive and beautiful.

Best for middle class functions

Resort looking so innovative and good enviroment with some little plantation . But few of months ita bang the record of booking . Also enhanced my house entrance by their nice light . Feeling soo pleasure to be in front of my house Good luck

Best venue for any gathering. Lots and lots of indoor and outdoor space. Room service is very quick and responsive. USP-: location(very quite area with no traffic)

Resort was gud atmosphere also gud but cleanliness is not good toilets was not clean bad odours was there proper attention to be given

Very good place to conduct marriages and family function and gatherings Very spacious and beautiful place with greenery and the rooms are very clean too. Best resort
