Since the first day of my stay, I have been following up with the front office staff, but unfortunately, no one seems to be taking responsibility for this matter, including the General Manager. I am unsure why there has been such a delay in addressing what seems to be a minor repair. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as I truly believe that improving these aspects will enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am staying here regularly and I must say that this hotel food is one of best in town.||Hotel staff and Clininess is awesome. Strongly recommended to everyone.||Also location is walking distance to Bareilly Railway station also many other facilities of local transport is also available

Excellent experience. I stayed in the Manor for a night with my family. It was neat and tidy. They kept care of hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Staff is well mannered and humble. Staff has the sense of hospitality. We found room neat and clean. Washroom was also very clean.
