Third class facility non sense and uneducated staff First say u can stay as per ur time 24 hours now charge for 2 days I TALK TO THE RECEPTION ALSO NO EDUCATION HE HAVE AND IN MORNING AND IN AFTERNOON ALSO WHENEVER I GO OUTSIDE AT THAT TIME ALSO I SAY UR RECEPTIONIST BOY I DONT KNOW NAME I SAY AT EVENING I CAN EXTEND MY BOOKING HE SAY OK NO PROBLEM BUT AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT HE FORGET EVERYTHING MONEY IS NOT THE PROBLEM FOR ME BUT UR COMITTMENT IS NOT EXEPECTED NO PROBLEM WHEN EVER MY REVIRW IS ALSO SAME ON 1 THIRD CLASS AND UNEDUCATED STAFF SHAME ON THE SYSTEM OF URS HOTEL MR OWNER MY WORK IS TRAVELING ALMOST 20 DAYS PER MONTH WHENEVER I GO I TALK TO HOTEL BEFORE THAT MY CONDITION IS THIS ALL ARE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF UR HOTEL BOOKING I ALSO TOLD UR STAFF THAT UPTO EVENING I M THERE MEANS 16.12.2024 7.30 PM TO 17.12.2024 7.30 PM

Very bad experience. Rooms are small. There is no ventilation in the room. Bathrooms are not properly maintained. Pipes are leaking. No water in sink. Exhaust fan doesn't work. Power socket do not work. Not able to charge my phone. Let's forget that there will be any amenities provided with the room.

Worst service, owner has attitude problem, they first provide a online cheaper price and when you reach there they just ask for higher price. Room was also not that good. Not recommended

Hotel service is good and hotel room also comfortable with AC room and I am booking Oyo service but not any problem staying this hotel. But location is outdoor of Bareilly junction

Water issue, smelly room and air conditioning also have an issue of cooling... Such a low level of service provided by the hotel .. That was my Roast experience I'll ever have
