I recently stayed at the Nirmal Hotel & resort and was really impressed by their excellent service from the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure my check-in went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff made sure it was kept tidy every day, which I appreciated. What I liked the most was how attentive everyone was. Whenever I needed something or had a question, they were quick to help and always did so with a smile. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the room service staff were polite and quick to serve. Overall, my experience at the Nirmal Hotel & resort was fantastic, thanks to their excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I look forward to returning!

I had planned my sister's engagement here only this was good was food rest was below average. the type of service at the price charged by them was very poor they were not able to provide service for 150 people what they do at weeding.I don't recommend my relatives and member to go there.

Lift is always not working in this place. Just saying it has lift gets them extra preference but it always never works and yes once you are organizing a party here which is once in a life so they know it well once the guest is excused for the day he will not come back for sure in the near future. The intelligent mind and owner seems not interested even to fix the lift as he is already making money without any trouble. Trouble and embarrassment is for guests and hosts only. We hosted a wedding function at this property and encountered several significant issues. There was clear cost-cutting, as tea and coffee were not served as promised. Additionally, they tried to charge extra for services that were originally part of the agreement. Even after receiving 90% of the payment, they refused to turn on the lights, which impacted the event's ambiance. Overall, the experience was far below what we were led to expect. Never make the mistake of booking this property.

Attended many programs here like marriage party, friend's engagement ,seminar, the ambience of this place is top notch, arrangements for every occasion are always very good.. One of the best thing about this place is broad vehicle parking portion. I will recommend this place for any kind of celebration, any occasions, for its top class hospitality .

When we booked, they assured us that they provided in-house catering. However, after the event, we discovered they had hired a local catering service at a cost of 500 per plate, but charged us two to three times that amount. Be cautious and avoid booking this property.
