Hotel Diplomat Residency, Bareilly

The hotel was fantastic, with a nice ambience. The rooms were perfect, the staff was very helpfull, and the service was excellent. My family truly enjoyed our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Vinod Patel , the Manager, who made our stay comfortable and memorable. The dining services were outstanding--Indian cuisine was superb, with a great variety of dishes. The staff was very professional and humble. The housekeeping team was also very helpful throughout our stay. We tried several Indian dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. I am especially thankful to Mr. Vinod Patel for creating such a wonderful experience. I will definitely visit again soon. It was an excellent experience--truly worth visiting

A Wonderful Stay - Will Definitely Return! We had an amazing stay at Hotel Diplomate Residency! The location was perfect - right in the heart of Bareilly, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, although we felt that a few more in-room amenities or additional touches would have elevated the experience, which is why we rated it 4 stars. However, the room service was excellent! The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests, so we gave them a solid 4.5 stars. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the convenient location and great service, made our stay unforgettable. We're already looking forward to coming back on our next trip!

3rd quality bathrooms with so many cockroaches, no hot water supply and service. Even everytime u call for service they always says " ji aa rahay hai" but they didn't responds.

Worst house keeping service that I had ever seen...damaged ceiling of room no 220, damaged part was kept on the top of the cupboard and choked wash basin in room no 224... Hotel authority takes more than an hour to provide hot water in bathrooms...price of meals at restaurant are double as compared to meals at room...staffs try to convince to take food at restaurant....no one picks up call intercom no6... Staffroom is liable to take whole amount advance but not liable to provide the paid services.

Hotel was good and rooms are also neat and clean. Staff is also supportive and helpful. Room service is also good.
