S S Residency

Stayed at SS Residency near Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir in Banda, U.P., and had a disappointing experience overall. No parking space available at all, which was a big inconvenience. Security service was inadequate, leaving much to be desired. Rooms were small and not very comfortable. The elevator was not functional during my stay, which was very inconvenient. The party hall is very small, with only 32 seats, and includes limited food catering. For family events, the food service is disappointing - the buffet has limited options and only small plates are available, making it challenging for guests. They also don't offer unlimited food, and self-service is the only option. There's no water cooler, and drinking water isn't available in the rooms. This lack of basic amenities was a major drawback. Customer Service The owner's behavior toward customers was poor, making the experience even worse. Overall, SS Residency did not meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend it for family events or anyone seeking quality hospitality.

Booked a Room for 2 nights , 7-8th Oct 24 , and told in advance that will reach in early morning . I was told that three day tarif would be charged ! I told the executive that there are occasions that we come late at night , even then pay full ay cgarge for may be an our only . Early check-in charge cannot be equal to full day tarrif! I was denied the room and had to serch another hotel .

At the prime location near the bus stand and railway station..Great Experience

This is one of the best hotels in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service in the hotel is really good. The staff is very well behaved. It is situated nearby the bus stop. The manager of the hotel is really a very kind person. You can get some extra discount if you ask him politely

So I was stay in this hotel for approx 5 Days and I must say this is a good hotel economical and the food was also good. Rooms Are well furnished the toilet was neat and clean room service was also good and the rooms are well equipped with digital locks. The location was good in front of the Banda Bus station and the Railway Station was also near not so far, One more thing that there was a restaurant too. Overall good experience!
