Hotel Nutan

The rooms were quite decent considering the price and the service was also decent but the only problem here is the location, there is too much noise because the hotel is near the market

We had a 2 night stay to enjoy in the city, and we were satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Balrampur . The hotel location is fantastic with easy accessibility to all the necessary things. The hotel was very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Good hospitality. The room service was very good. Thanks to Nutan Hotel for our wonderful stay.

Rooms good, service is good, location mind-blowing

Our stay in "Nutan" Hotel was just great! the rooms were clean and bright, the people who worked there were happy&liked their jobs. I highly recommend getting... :) Value is very reasonable.|Congratulations to a good management and all the staff who show compassion, diligence and are always there when needed. Strongly recomment to stay at this hotel.....

I was there with my friends. Room was spacious. We have booked only one room. We stay with comfort there. Beds and every thing in room was perfect. Price was reasonable. Hot water was available in bathroom. Parking was not large enough.

I had booked thru Makemytrip months ago and was confirmed a Deluxe AC room for my stay end April,2018. I got a phone call from the hotel on 28th April night as I was to check-in that day. So it was efficient of them to call and ask when I would arrive. I reached the Hotel in the heart of Balrampur ,right next to the post-office and was met by the Front Office incharge , Mr Shashwat who spoke good English and welcomed me immediately with the key to room 104.||Room was large and spacious , tiled and clean. The bed-sheets on the large king bed were of good quality and clean -white. There was bath linen and two 15 gm soaps. Bathroom was okay , tiled and had running water , although for hot water one has to call. In-room dining is provided as there is no F&B outlet. A small menu was sufficient.The Aloo parathas we had for breakfast were fine, served with curd .The tea was ready-made and well-done. A Hassle-free stay we had and I would recommend it to anyone who travels to Balrampur.

It's a best hotel for tourists

It was just a night out for nine of us reserved 3 triples ....??? They offered a double bed and a polymer insulation foam on top of very unsafe steel stands as the bed?? Terrible.. worse dirty pillows and linen with smelly |I thought the other two rooms are acceptable but worser than our room. They offered A/C with hot water but no hot water or even normal water... water was just dripping and we had to fill a bucket of water and took a just a small shower horrible service |Yes you just stepped out to the dusty and garbage filled smelling town is the only advantage I found there. |Never recommend this terrible place and I don't even consider this city anymore.
