Hotel LG INN & Restaurant

Stayed at Hotel LG INN & Restaurant in Ballia and had a great time! The location is super convenient, close to Ashrafi Hospital. The rooms were clean and comfy, and with all the amenities. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel LG Inn in Ballia. The service was shockingly poor--staff were unresponsive and lacked professionalism. Basic amenities were either unavailable or in terrible condition. The rooms were not clean, and the overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards. Despite the hotel's claims of quality service, my stay was plagued by delays, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
