Room facility good but food was not so yummy..

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. Food was also good in taste. Best place to stay in while traveling to Bahraich.

Very nice hotel in budget range nice food

When travelling to Bahraich, this is probably the best hotel one can get. First of all the location is just perfect. It is easily reachable when coming from outside the city, at the same time it is very close to the important landmarks, offices and market. Staff is very hospitable. Food is tasty. Special attention was being paid by the hotel management to ensure cleanliness. Overall it was very good experience.

I booked a room for my guest nearly 4 years ago... . Ghatia services.. They have uneducated staff.. He didn't know how to talk to guests.... They have many vacant rooms but he only says that check in time is 2 P. M.. N when finally the room was given that was a total waste of money.,... The location is good nearby Medical college.... Don't ever choose this hotel

I had a chance to stayed in this low budget hotel but extremely good by gesture and services, harsh regency is actually a very good hotel for stay with family and friends, they do give best services to the any extent for the comfort of their guests.
