I recently stayed at your hotel, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and conditions I encountered during my stay. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a professional or business-standard hotel. 1. Unclean Facilities: The drinking water provided was not hygienic, and the bed sheets and towels were extremely dirty, which is unacceptable for guest use. 2. Lack of Responsibility: There seemed to be no staff taking responsibility for addressing concerns or providing basic amenities in a timely and professional manner. 3. Service Standards: Overall, the service quality was very poor, which left me with a negative impression of the hotel. As someone who travels for professional purposes, I cannot recommend this hotel to colleagues or other professionals. I urge you to take immediate corrective actions to improve the hygiene standards, staff training, and overall guest experience.
