The overall sevices provided by the staff is excellent in this hotel. Front office staff Mr Shivam Singh & Catering staff Ms Savita are are really assets to this hotel. I wish all the best for the bright future of this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is supposed to be the largest property in the town. It's a three-star hotel, but unfortunately, it did not live up to basic cleanliness standards. From the moment we entered the room, it was filthy. There were strands of hair on the bathroom mat, and the bedsheets, duvet, and pillowcases--which were all white--were covered in visible black dirt. The bathroom was even worse, with cracks on the ceiling, small holes in the corners, a dirty faucet, and a stained showerhead. Hair strands were everywhere. While there was hot water, the shower pressure was so poor it might as well have been non-existent. The in-room service from the restaurant was just okay--nothing special. The buffet breakfast was a major letdown, with very limited, stale options. All we could really manage was some fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and a South Indian dish. For the price they charge, the variety and quality were far below expectations. I've stayed in many three-star, four-star, and five-star hotels, and even the other three-star properties I've visited were much better maintained. This hotel desperately needs a renovation. Given the high price they charge per night, I expected much more. We originally booked for two nights via Agoda, but due to the awful condition of the room, we decided to leave after just one night, even though we had already paid for both nights. The lobby might look good, and the exterior of the hotel might seem impressive, but don't fall for it. I strongly recommend checking the room in person before making a reservation. The state of the rooms is far from what you'd expect for the price they charge. Not worth the money at all.

In a city of Azamgarh I did not expected this size and quality of a hotel. The hotel is situated on the main road and google map will directly guide you in one go without confusion. Hotel has its own parking area, in the basment and also in front of the hotel too. Reception is elegant and well decorated. Yup staffs were very polite. There was a man who helped me with my luggage. Rooms are comparitivly bigger accommodating a two sitter soffa, well placed work desk with a seperate chair along with a spot light if two of you have different opinion at a time means to work or to sleep. Ambient of the room, placment of the flower vas was really soothing. Food quality was found to be very presise and specific. Means without any excessive oil or butter or ghee or spices. Definetly one can have without any 2nd thought. Cons- Room need to be maintained very well. Walls can be kept more clean, corners are more pron to dust accumulation. Head board should be clead regularly. Driping bathroom fitting should be fixed and water marks those made permanent should be cleaned and fixed. At last I would say Price vs Facilities and aminities is very good.

The room was spacious and modern in style . Bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. Service was fast and and friendly also all people are very good. I like breakfast is excellent breakfast very be fantastic.

The hotel is nice. Every staff member is so friendly and very cooperative. I stayed more than for 20 days and it was great time to spend here. Food quality is good and they provide food according to our demand. I suggest you to visit this place once.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. i want to tell you one thing is that the hotel have a best gym its food was so delicious and staff beahvior is too good And I got a uood gym thank you GRAND SR
