OYO 40885 Crown Regency

Smelly rooms, full of mosquitos, frequent power cuts, no power backup for AC, Crap front desk person. Total disappointment... not recommended

We stayed there for 3 nights. Unfortunately we got 'gift' of bed bugs from the hotel. It spread on both our arms and legs. It spoiled our holiday. Super itchy and still suffering from it even after we come back to our home. However the staffs are very helpful and nice.

Poor services as per highly charges , unexperienced staff specially manager. Many other hotel spaces are available nearby in comparison with crown. Crown management staff didn't follow the rules and regulations of government . Illegal activities, cheating with customers. Customers , Must think prior investing hard earned money in crown regency.

Nice place for wedding ceremony and for arranging big parties..it consist of two floors and each floor has different partitions for the purpose of seating arrangement of people and for arrangements of dinner. For the wedding ceremonies there is special arrangement for beautiful and a very decorative stage for bride and groom. Rooms are available for the purpose of stay for guests. Staff is very cooperative and humble. I must recommend this as a good place for the purpose of marriage ceremony and grand parties.

The building is beautiful. Both the exteriors and interiors are well designed. At night when it lights up, it's a delight to watch the blue colour look so vivid. They have nice cooks, I mean the food they offer is delicious. Their garden too is large and has a separation which lets you separate men and women if you like

My intension is to give this hotel 3 star but I'm giving it 5 star 2 star for hotel receptionist. She is so beautiful and polite and responsive too. And hotel was beautiful also and room was good but there was some little problems like shower was not working properly and no power backup otherwise all things was good.

'Crown Regency, is a Marriage Hall cum hotel near FM Tower and Alberkat Institute on Jamalpur Anupshahar road in Aligarh city of Uttar Pradesh. I happened to stay over there for one night few months ago. To my utter surprise not only the location and architect or infrastructure of the building amused me but also the personnel concerned were too responsive and cooperative to expect. It is a good place to stay for anyone visiting Aligarh. It is worth remembering and recommending in many aspects and respects.

No heater available for warmth . Room is so stark cold. Dirty blankets. Dirty pillow covers, small rooms, water jet in comode not having forceful water, no slippers provided for guests in this cold weather, got so so sick.,no warm water to drink for guests. Almirahs so dusty cannot hand ur coats.
