HOTEL STAR INN

We were stayed in STAR INN HOTEL with my whole family last night and we are very happy to see hotel cleanliness and good manufacturing practises. Staff members are well educated and gentle. Hotel owner is our well known and his attitude and behaviour is out standing. Hotel staff serving is too good. Our best wishes to all. Regards Umesh goel

The room service was extremely disappointing. Staff ignored repeated requests. The rooms were in terrible condition unclean and poorly maintained. There was no proper ventilation, and the bathroom lighting was inadequate. Bedsheets were dirty Basic amenities like hangers for clothes were not provided. To make matters worse, there was no water in the morning despite several reminders.
