OYO 43889 Royal Castle

The 1 star is bcoz don't have any other option. You can give negative ratings too just for the staff behaviour. I booked a prepaid room from oyo and the manager refused to give room bcoz of online payment. Room service is poor. No personal kitchen available, didn't got dinner at 9 p.m. No lift provided. The only thing good was the bedding and the room.

Worst experience... 1. There is no water for drinking from hotel side. If you want, they provide you 1litre of water at the price of Rs. 30. 2. If You are couples, They will not let to live you alone. They knocked at the door time to time. 3. Some room has transparent glass. Any Outsider can see inside the room from outside. 4. Every room has a TV without cable connection. Check before check-in to hotel. 5. They will not accept paid bookings. So bring cash with you at the time of check-in. 6. Do not believe hotel rent mention in oyo or other website. They deny to give room to paid bookings and at that time you have not any option to stay anywhere and they rise room tarif from 700 to 1200 offline. They have not even GST no. So they will not provide Bill. If you do not want to frustrate yourself, don't book this hotel and don't believe rating on oyo. The rating is 4.5 star by giving 96 person but the property is 2 months old not even build completely.

For emergency it's good ,but if you have options then find the right path. No parking No safe drinking water
