Marriage function of my daughter was organised at Prithvi Resort on 09-12-2024. All arrangements were very good. Food quality along with service was excellent. Staff was nice,polite and cooperative. Owner of the resort is very polite,well behaved and tries to give best facility to the guests. I highly recommend this resort for family and social functions.

We recently had an event managed by Shivam Singh, and he did a fantastic job! The event ran smoothly, and Shivam was highly skilled in overseeing all the details, especially with food management--it was seamless, and everything was well-organized. However, I did feel that there could have been a bit more staff to help things move even faster. Overall, a great experience with room for a small improvement. Firstly, Thanx for Shivam ji and the staff's attitude was appalling. They were indifferent to our needs and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing any level of service. Secondly thnx for decoration and all other like welcoming guests and my family members appreciate for the parthvi resorts At the last , I would strongly advise against booking a stay at Hotel, especially for special occasions like weddings. The lack of professionalism, poor facilities, and indifferent staff make it an experience to be avoided at all costs. Thanx for Shivam ji and every single staff

Great event i have attended my sister's wedding 22/11/2024 fabulous decoration Food was delicious. The manger Ashok verma helps us lot. He managed full function very well .

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked basic hospitality training and the management was severely lacking in professionalism. Firstly, the staff's attitude was appalling. They were indifferent to our needs and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing any level of service. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was deplorable. Not only were they poorly maintained, but they also emitted foul odors that made our stay unbearable. Basic amenities such as water bottles were not provided, adding to our discomfort. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the management, no meaningful action was taken to address our concerns. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against booking a stay at Hotel, especially for special occasions like weddings. The lack of professionalism, poor facilities, and indifferent staff make it an experience to be avoided at all costs.
