Very bad and rude behaviour of counter staff. He claimed himself as manager but i dont think so from his arrogant attitude. I asked for a printed invoice orginal copy,he hesitated to give that. Room were overpriced, i had to stay there for emergency otherwise i could have selected some other better hotel. I was on my official duty trip, now i am not able to submit my bills due to hotel staffs sensless manner. Totally frustrated, 2400 lost. Never ever visit or recommend this overpriced, uneducated staff leading hotel.

The behavior of the staff of this hotel is not good. Despite giving poor service, at the time of check out the reception manager asked to scan QR to get a good rating and asked for a good rating. The good reviews of this hotel are fake which the staff here collects from the guests by making them do QR scans without providing good service. Whether the guest feels like giving a good review or not, these people forcefully achieve it by requesting

Basic thing not available in the hotel spoons are wooden like we are in dhaba and after a one day stay wooden spoon also not available reception said owner kept it in her room and locked its look like spoon are made up of gold in the day time i am paying a room rent the madam who is owner said to me give a cash not a online so i said why so she said tax problem mtlb kuch bhi room basic cheeze nhi restaurant nhi spoon nhi or cash chahiye are customer hu mai mere mrzi kaise bhi kru mai sirf normal dekhne aya tha reviews but owner has written they are fake who are giving u a bad rating or jo achi ratings de rhe hai wo adhe to aap ke hai or adhe Zbrdasti customer se bolke are achi ratings de de madam cash magne s pehle basic things rkhe or jo bhi review pdhe online dena yaha jana agr tax chori hamare lye nuksaan hai

*I won't even prefer giving one star rating.* Been there for rooms booking for a function, but the owner was too rude and also turned down the previous rate that was started. The owner showed a lack of courtesy by not taking the time to address and resolve the issue. Her behavior was completely rude and unprofessional. I will Never ever suggest to trust on this property and book.

We stayed there for 10 days. Throughout the time, the rooms were maintained very clean and anyone request asked was attended to immediately. Good place to plan your stay

The hotel is easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, clean and spotless with great decor.The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.The impeccable service and hospitality made our stay enjoyable and memorable

Really pathetic service received so far. First they need the full amount at the time of check-in which I have experienced the very first time ever and I have paid a certain amount at the time of check-in and said to clear the rest at the time of check-out but to my surprise whenever I used to go out and come in the, receptionist used to interrupt me infront of other guests about the rest money which was so embracing. At the end when my check-out on the 16th of August the receptionist knocked on the door at midnight just to clear the due. Really pathetic service. Please don't fall for the location because you won't receive the privacy here and would be left out with regret and embracement.
