I do not recommend this hotel. Instead, choose Holiday Inn in the same area in Agra for a better experience at same price. I stay at place dated 25th Feb 2025 The food taste is below average. The hotel rooms are spacious but do not justify the 4.5K tariff. The breakfast menu was also not up to the mark. The service is pathetic. I would recommend opting for a buffet dinner or unlimited dosa at the Holiday Inn next to this hotel instead.

We were very happy with our stay at the PL Palace Hotel Agra. The staff all was great. Specially Thanks for services to Mr.Nitin Tiwari FOM and Shivani GRE..|The rooms are clean and fairly new. The restaurant is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner there and they were both very delicious.They go out of the way to recognize your diamond status and provide excellent service at every level.

The hotel it 4* but if I judge by the rooms, they need some work, shower, etc. it's good to stay 1 or 2 nights. Internet get disconnected every time you stop using the phone so you have to reconnect every time. Good option for food and bars within the property. Very nice restaurant in the terrace 5th floor if you like to be in the open.

The overall experience is great! You will love the ambience and food, awesome memories. The staff behaviour is super customer oriented especially on reception Shivani is doing great engagement with the customers. Must visit!

Our stay in PL palace was good. Restaurant Service was quiet impressive. Mr. Sakir Ali did a great job with their service & was present throughout our dining. He followed every request made by us. Happy with that
