Nice hotel chahta palace is good looking palace and very niece staf

Nice hotel and good facelity

Rooms are slightly smells. Hotel didn't provide AC remote as they keep it with themselves, it feels funny. Wifi is only for showing not working actually. We connect TV by our Hotspot. Location of the property in very remote area and out of town. Location is not good for stay. Avoid if possible.

Worst owner and food was worst taste.

Worst hotel....if u book through oyo they denied for check in nd when u r complaining to oyo support the hotel manager didn't respond to them nd deny to talk with oyo support....even in waiting area there is no ac,no drinking water.....never booked that hotel

SABSE BEKAR HOTEL..WORST HOTEL EVER.WE BOOKED OUR TICKET FROM OYO APP For AC ROOM BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE FIRST THEY DENIED THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BOOKING THEN AFTER SHOWING PROOF THEY AGREED BUT THE MOST IMP THING IS THEY TOOK "EXTRA MONEY FROM US" ON THE NAME OF GST TAX WHICH WAS NOT IN THE BILL BUT WE WERE IN NEED OF HOTEL SO THEY CONVINCED US TO GIVE THEM MONEY. WE GAVE EXTRA 200 on the name of GST tax which is fake.They didn't even provide us AC ROOM.. THEY SHIFTED US TO AN NON AC ROOM WHERE WE STAYED FOR ONLY 30MINS AND STILL THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE US AC ROOM SO THEN WHEN WE SAID WE WANT REFUND THEY SAID U CAN'T GET IT... IT'S THE COMPANY JOB NOT OUR'S..THEY ARE ALL FRAUD PLZ DON'T TRUST... Rooms are not cleaned at all..bathroom water supply is not available..Honestly don't idk trust us or not but We neither stayed there nor we got refund.. So Paisa PANI ME CHALA GAYA HAMARA... BEWARE OF THESE FRAUD & IF u don't trust the manager name was ASHU Who is the Fraud Guy..

The facilities were poor. Hot water was not coming at the proper time. The arrangement was not good.
