C1 Taj Nirvana

One third class hotel. Water with mud & sand, looks water tanks are not cleaned. Staff is uneducated served food in dirty plates. Extra mattress condition was very dirty. Towells given were also self used, not washed. Dont visit this hotel dont go there. Owner is very greedy and uneducated, at night people are coming just for drink purposes. Womens are coming for prostitutions. Openly talking negotiating. Not good environment for family.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. No toiletries: The room didn't have basic amenities like toiletries, which I had to purchase myself. Dirty bed sheets and no hot water: The bed sheets were visibly dirty, making it clear they hadn't been changed. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. No coffee sachet or electric kettle: There was no coffee sachet or electric kettle in the room, despite this being a standard offering in most hotels at this price point. Smelly and dirty room: The room had a terrible odor and was dirty, making it difficult to feel relaxed or comfortable. Overall, this hotel failed on all fronts. It was an unpleasant experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Location is good, hotel staff is polite. However the rooms are horrible. A stinking mess, rooms reeking of smoke and liquor while washroom stink of excrement. Not recommended

Very well-appointed room with a fridge that didn't work. Good front desk service but poor room service that tried to secure a 200% tip on alcoholic beverages. Good location but poorly marked. One of those places that you're not so sure about. Good but not so good...

I like service of the guest . It's atmosphere is very attractive. Food is. Very delicious and Staff is very courteous nature

Worst hotel with worst service and amenities one could ever experience. There was intermittent water supply and no hot water in winter. No cleaning service for the entire stay and any service request took 30 mins to get delivered.

I have been here for a day. Not a good experience. It stinks a lot in lift rooms. Breakfast is worthless , rooftop restaurant is pathetic with mosquitoes, no hot water, no room service for luggage transfer, plugs ports not working, A/C and fans runs on their own speeds. Not recommended if anyone is looking for booking this hotel. Also toilet seats are broken and Manager is pathetic person there...would not at all suggest to checkin at all, photos show online are completely different from actual property..be aware before checking
