Hotel Taj Sojourn

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sojourn. Located just 3.3km from the iconic Taj Mahal, the hotel's proximity to this magnificent monument made it an ideal choice for us. The hotel's accessibility was another plus point, with the main road and metro station just a short walk away. The property itself was well-furnished, with spacious seating areas and a calm, airy aesthetic that made us feel right at home. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, ensuring a smooth check-in process and taking care of all security and documentation formalities. The in-house kitchen served delicious meals, and the open terrace area was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Taj Sojourn to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Agra. The hotel's perfect blend of hospitality, amenities, and location makes it an excellent choice for families and travelers alike.

I had a wonderful stay at Taj Sojourn in Agra. The place felt incredibly homely, with clean, spacious rooms and a warm, welcoming staff. The food was delicious and comforting, just like a home-cooked meal. Its location is perfect as it is close to the Taj Mahal but peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and hospitality in Agra!

3 negative points, apart from this everything was good. - Some party halls nearby that play loud music till 1AM, I would assume it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure these noise laws are followed by nearby properties. - Balcony in the superior rooms are not accessible from the room and instead accessible from the common area which makes it uncomfortable for the guests - They don't give complimentary bisleri bottles and heating kettles and at this price point it should be given. They do give complimentary ro water and hot water in their own kettles but it is better to just provide heating kettles and bottled water. Apart from this the room was clean and in good condition. There was not problem with hot water.

Absolutely not recommend to go hotel sojourn . I have stayed there for 4 nights. Agra because they are only interested in booking not in service. Their behaviour is very rude with guest specially mr sajal Sharma and and other staff. Food quality and cleanliness of property is good but they don't bother about hygiene one person who cleans the toilet will all so serve food in the room. They are not justified the tarrif.they have very high tarrif with no such hotel like quality. I feel I am a guest of some one's house in Agra without their consent. Very small rooms with worse behaviour of staff and other. once you enter there and paid they have not bother about guest problem. Don't choose sojourn to stay in Agra

The hotel has very good and comfortable infrastructure. It is in a good location, which made it very easy to use taxis or ride-sharing apps. The meals prepared in the hotel kitchen are very tasty! We loved everything we ate! The room service staff were very polite, helpful, attentive and welcoming to us. The mosquitoes we saw in the room came in through the bathroom window more than through the bedroom door. Therefore, we just had to close the bathroom door and we would be free of the mosquitoes in the room. The hotel receptionist needs to improve his fluency in English to make it easier to communicate with foreign guests and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. On a few occasions, the receptionist did not demonstrate the professionalism required for the position he holds. He was rude in his actions and words. My husband and I were very uncomfortable and disappointed with the way the receptionist treated us. While we were waiting for the Uber, at the hotel reception, a man who appeared to be part of the family that owns the hotel or the management (since he walked freely around the area reserved for employees) sat down next to us in an extremely informal manner, which was inappropriate for a hotel reception. This man sat next to us, putting his feet up on the sofa, and started talking loudly on his cell phone while picking at his toenails. This man's actions were inappropriate and very rude, as they occurred in the hotel reception and in front of guests. The hotel receptionist did not intervene in the situation. He simply ignored what was happening next to us. Another employee, who appeared to be the hotel manager, saw this situation, but also did nothing. It is sad to see a hotel with so much potential for hospitality, gastronomy and economy receive bad reviews due to the lack of education and professionalism of a very few people.

Absolutely amazing rooms, spotless, clean. Homely food and lower prices. At a very good location. Very near to Taj Mahal and nearby cafes. Had an amazing stay.

Amazing stay nice location , fantastic food, neat and clean luxury hotel in economical price very peaceful place , 3star hotel, must visit.

Clean rooms and good service. Only location far from taj mahal might be issue for some people
