HOTEL GRAND VIEW

Not a safe place . Strange area . They wont even clean the room and toilet before customers coming .didn't even receive drinking water. No water in bathroom . No complimentary food . Felt like we are in danger . People were drinking and making louds in there room . Not safe for family.

Good property.. But staff and reception staff is not up to mark.. Not at all receptive feeling .. There is just one floor.. Top floor has manufactured goods machinery.

Don't visit this Hotel Very bad room service Food quality is also bad Too costly and bad Water is also chargable in room Making too much arguments with clients

A very comfortable stay in Agra. We arrived late in the day and yet we received a warm welcome. The food served here was as per our choice and taste. The hotel staff is very welcoming and always helpful. Taj Mahal is just 2 KMS from the property.
