Avexia Premiere Hotel Agra

I happened to stay at this hotel with my family as a part of a package, I must say it was the worst part of the package. The hotel is quite far away from the city and the place where it is located is not quite clean and decent. To start with, even though the room was clean, the bed linen was old and stained. There was no hot water available in the morning. Even after letting the staff know that there was no action taken. There were mosquitoes in an air-conditioned room, which made it hard to sleep. We had to wait for one hour in restaurant for the ordered food. The food was quite expensive as compared to the quality of the food. All the staff were constantly asking us when we were checking out, which I found quite rude.

I'm genuinely frustrated with my stay at this hotel. The drainage system is absolutely unacceptable, and dealing with mosquitoes in the room is infuriating. No hot water, dirty bedsheets, and towels only add to my disappointment. Paying 2500 for the worst room experience is beyond frustrating. Management needs to address these issues immediately for guests' satisfaction.

Worst hotel. We were in this hotel for a package tour by MakeMyTrip. It was a nightmare. During peak winter they don't even provide hot water in the bathroom. Very dirty rooms. Bedsheet, cover etc given a used one with so much stains on it. Floor is not cleaned, furniture is broken, walls are damaged. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. This hotel is far away from the main city and beside an unhygienic local mandi market.

Poor experience..bed sheet was dusty ..AC stopped functioning at 6:28am in morning ..its been one hour still issue not resolved ..staff takes complaints very casually ..worst place will never recommend to anyone ..

Very good location for outer Agra visit. Staff is quite cooperative. They make effort to serve. Only drawback is there's no exhaust in bathroom.

They charge same as some decent hotels but lacks in service. They don't provide you even tea or coffee at morning 7:30 also as no staff was there. Whole hotel was empty.They charge 2k per night for AC room but there electric kitley was not working nor any socket were operational.

Bathroom door not shutting properly. TV bracket is there but TV missing Tea kit not provided Bed sheet and Lenin not satisfactory

I can go forever about what all is wrong here, but really, this hotel needs to be demoted to a 2 star. There is no way it's a 3 star hotel to begin with. No maintenance whatsoever. Wish I took pictures.
