Laksha Ac & Non Ac Residency

The location is a bit far from the temple like 1 km away, rooms are neat and clean but the owner of the lodge misguides you if you book rooms over the phone. We were told that a triple bed room is available over the phone but when we reached there to our surprise we found only a single room with two beds attached when asked for he said this is the triple bed room here we consider two beds as triple bed in a single room because the size of the beds in big which is not.

Very unhygienic, we took AC room which was very dirty, the walls, floor and bathroom were not cleaned. A pool of water was near the bed, Tv wasn't working, AC is dirty, wash basin was not cleaned, a ball of hair was stuffed between the sink and wall, bathroom door doesn't close and the bedsheet was stinking. Worst experience. 1000 for AC room, not worth it.

[Stayed in March 2024] Do not get fooled by the images, actual rooms are in very bad condition. Rooms are not maintained, AC and hot water facility is a myth. Owner wasn't available when we visited and their helper guy did not know how to turn on the hot water supply to the rooms. Our initial plan was overnight stay, so I paid the advance amount beforehand. But on visit we did not find the rooms clean so we stayed only for 2-3 hours. Still they charged us a good amount for that. I had to continue with them because I paid the advance beforehand. While checkout the helper guy asks money from customers and the owner seems to be OK with it. Had a bad experience.

Good hotel to stay near temple

Room was spacious but not maintained properly. Washroom was better. However it was worth the rent.

Best rooms with lowest prices with hot water and all facilities available for cooking also one of the best hotels here best place to stay here with family good parking place and friendly staff with good management

Very congested tipical studio flat sort of accommodation with in 150 to 200 sft area. Can't ruled out for single occupancy.However, it's a bit difficult for families. Better than other nearby govt accommodation as AC and Heating systems are good.

Very worst experience and no respect to the customers here, Owner of this residency is completely money minded and disrespects the customers to vacate immediately right before the time expires And the staff here also create nusiance by asking money while exiting No hygiene,bad smell in washrooms No proper beds No proper ventilation Leakages in water basins Junk rooms Worst of the worst charging heavily as 3 star hotel
