Service was good and they respond very well. Food is not available but if you want food then they can bring from nearer restaurant and deliver to your room. Reception is slow responding.

I won't recommend anyone to this hotel because if any hotel we are going rest areni her purpose we want to know we are giving so much money for the room we should have some breakfast or tiffin contribution but they are not giving any contribution for the Tak much amount Vikas live only giving the room clean and neat that's it contribution breakfast or coffee everything they're giving only the Roman room cost is so high 9 I want recommend to anyone to this hotel please don't come to this hotel if you only want the room and need clean and neat you can spend some more amount which amount then you can spend her only the room cost is so high anyone want to spend only for money go and spending this hotel only for the room that's it day after nothing will be in this From this hotel to some just walk full distance on hotel is there you can spend and the name is Grand hotel it's very nice and reason forever

And the best thing was they have provided me drinking water bottles whenever I asked for and all are as complimentary(No charge) which I didn't expect. Overall I have enjoyed the stay!

We stayed for a week in this hotel with our kid. Great service. Rooms were clean and location is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Balaji Grand. The rooms were clean, and the linens were fresh and new. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room service was excellent. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Balaji Grand for making our stay enjoyable.

Neat rooms and facilities. Though we can't control neighboring rooms there is inevitable cigarette and alcohol stench. Room service is good but they will take atleast 20-30 minutes even for coffee. And complimentary bf is only for adults and not for kids. However they are polite and helpful.

Nice place to stay at good clean rooms. staff very helpfull ..good for stay with family .. I was on a family trip my stay was very good ring road is very near so you can easily go any where you want to as a tourist .. in house restaurant is not available but you have lot of options available.near by ..

Very Nice, good quality, spacious rooms. New rooms. Service & Manager is also good. Lift available Breakfast available Economical in price also. Rfc is 12 km & 30 mins distance. But you get auto & cab easily. Worth to stay...
