Sri Mamatha Inn A Business Classic Hotel

All mentioned Reviews are fake, I stayed one night, I ordered & booked my food order of Nulliy Ghosh Biriyani which was suggested by Reception/ room service same number 9 at evening 7PM to serve at 10PM, but not served , due to miscommunication of duty change of room service/ Receptionist.very pathetic room service I gone to bed with empty stomach. I will not Suggest this hotel cum lodge Horrible maintanance & stay.

Very hospitable. Staff made sure our requirements of an extra room were fulfilled even at the last minute. Reception staff and bell boys are very accommodating. Rooms are good and clean and thankfully we were able to occupy one of their best rooms. Thank you for your service

Good Hospitality and customer services in taking care of Customers with smile and polite. Responses to the guest calls immediately are another Star of Hotel. Thanks to Sri. Ram Mohanna ready, Sri Sridhar and his team of staffs. ROOMS are clean and neet in all days. Keep it up.

Hotel rooms are not good, they didn't even change the towel during my two days stay here, no breakfast included, and they didn't clean rooms for 2 days. Big zero for customer service
