Riverfront Mrugavani - Somasila

+ Value for money + Breathtaking location & views from the property + Delicious starters & good spread of buffet dinner I got misleaded buy some recent reviews, possible that those were individual situations. I strongly recommend people to go for this property, try for cottages or 5 or 6 series rooms for a better view of the river. *** Book in advance for sure *** Do not get mis leaded by other local properties with catchy names, they cud be good home stays or cabin rooms, not resorts

Pathetic experience after paying 9K per night!! 1. Welcomed with no water. Couldnt even freshen up after coming for 3 + hours.. 2.Zero room service option!! They wont even serve tea at 7 pm or at morning!! There is not even a phone. 3. Day 2 again no water from morning!! They will give you small water buckets if you need to use washroom. 4. Food, and property location is good!! Rooms are just average not well maintained.. Just not worth paying 9k per night premium for ZERO service!!

Booked a superior cottage for 1 night. The room had one big rat and we were unable to sleep. After a tiring day whole night we were just awake for that rat as it was running and jumping the whole room. We have also showed them video proof of that rat and asked them to compensate some amount but they didn't compensated. Never expected all these from this famous resort. Very bad experience. Everywhere flies are there on food table, spider are on the bed, lizard was there in the wall, plus the pool was totally dirty.

The resort is good only for the riverview. Rest of the facilities are very badly maintained....there was no water in the washrooms and no water in the pool....considering our visit is during May where kids love to be in the pool, it was a very big let down....we planned to stay for 2 days and made the entire payment upfront but we left after just 1 day

The condition of the room was terrible and did not match what we were charged for. Upon arrival to the room, we discovered there was no power, and since the room had no phone connection, we had to go to the reception to call room service. After they checked, the power was restored. However, at 11 PM, the electricity went out again, and we had to search the entire resort for an electrician since the reception was closed. Later, when we finally went to bed, the AC stopped working after half an hour, forcing us to demand a room change. Unfortunately, the new room was in even worse condition. The bathroom had a broken shower, the jet wasn't working, and even the flush was dysfunctional--we had to use a bucket to pour water into the commode. The actual room was completely different from the pictures shown on Google. On top of that, their service was pathetic, and the food quality was extremely poor. Don't come to this resort.

Worst maintenance ever seen. The money they are charging is high class and the rooms are low class . This place is superb place to come and enjoy but the maintenance of rooms are very bad . The resort premises also horrible , I believe they don't want to maintain this properly. If they maintain this resort properly I am sure this will be superb place to stay . If you want to visit Somasila just come to Somasila and enjoy there and go back . Don't ever stay in Mrugavani resort . They charged 6,400/- for premium rooms which includes dinner and breakfast but maintenance of it very bad. Restaurant also not neat at all. Not sure whey they are not maintaining it properly

It's just a wonderful location Very close to Hyderabad Everyone must go In the nature you will enjoy alot In this resort rooms are so hygiene and top class Room service is awesome Food is very good Best place to stay

Great Place, Great river view. The resort restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with impeccable hospitality. The staff was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere for our meal. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served promptly. Overall, our dining experience was exceptional and we would highly recommend this Resort to others. Especially Thanks to Restaurant Manager.
