Hotel is really good for the price, it's basically a residential building who's certain section is converted to a hotel, so it's combined. Service is good overall and the flats/rooms are in well condition. Would recommend this place overall.

There is a guy named Venkatesh, his behaviour with women is pathetic. He will misbehave with girl if he finds you alone. At night he will come to your door drunk and start knocking your door. No women is safe in this hotel.

Nice hotel to stay for couple of days. Service is good. Location is prime in Kondapur. Breakfast is also good.

Rooms are ok rental value is decent
