Haritha Lake View Resort

Nothing is functional as of now...the rooms are very poorly maintained, the restaurant is closed, can't even get a cup of tea in the morning. The place definitely looks like it has seen better days...the one star is for the fantastic location. Telangana Govt should hand over the property to a professional private firm to maintain and run the property.

We have tried this place for the 31st of December and the rooms were decent. The the Lakeview is good from the resort. Food was not being prepared during this time as their kitchen was not operational. We had to go to a restaurant away from the resort for dinner. So everyone enquire about the same And we had frequent power cuts during the stay, the maintenance was not great. The rooms were still being cleaned when we reached the resort and were not yet ready to be occupied. We waited for around 2 to 3 hours before we got the keys.

Great place, super atmosphere, you can find mother nature, peacock are often seen, rooms are available in three different ranges, online booking only, 1000-2500 range prices are available. Food menu is very limited. But you can enjoy being there.

This resort is located overlooking the Shamipret Lake.. A very calm and beautiful place..Entry to this private lake is through this resort only. this is run by the government but such a beautiful place not maintained at all. Restaurant is not operational hence you have to either order or go out and have food .. Location is super this is going to be privatised soon, heard that Murugavani is taking it over and will be renovationing this place.. This place is not for kids as there is nothing much for them to enjoy. This resort is built to look and give us a feel of village environment with all those designs,rangolis, architecture etc.. Rooms are good which are overlooking the lake but not all rooms again.. Depends I loved visiting this place for it's calmness and serenity. Will visit again maybe once renovated.

One of the worst resorts in Hyderabad. Even when we informed them that we had kids with us, they didn't have any extra beds. We had to squeeze in on one small queen size bed or get another room! Furthermore, there was no electricity the whole night!!! There was no running water in the toilet! And the staff was more concerned about inspections than about customer service Best advice: stay at home instead of coming to this place

Worst service. We went to take rest and booked the room. After booking they say they dint have backup power and if power goes and it was raining I have to adjust. After paying I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. The person created so much of trouble that I had to call cops and after calling cops he returned the money before cops arivving. The intresting part is the cop even said that they had issues in past as well and hence he paid back before them arriving. Would recommend to check the rooms and services before paying. One of the care taker didn't even wear mask and was being rude and touched me too. I paid him RS.20 to buy a mask.

We headed there as a group and we've informed them a week earlier even then they didn't even get the food ready staff were arrogant and gave wrong billing no proper parking . Unhygienic kitchen from what I've seen . It's a pity to see an government maintained resort in such a poor condition due to managers . Food is worst puri wasn't good Enough curry didn't have engh salt in it. And the bread omlette was worst which wasn't cooked up at alll.

Complete review JULY 2021. Pros: Location and nothing more Cons: Rooms AC are set for 30 dC. It's better to open windows. Only very few rooms are set wrongly to 25 or 24. You can't change it. Hygiene, not there. Buffet lunch with rice curry and veg biryani. That's it. Not enough extra beds. So ask extra early to get lucky. Ok ok things: dinner has option in ala carte. And breakfast is also good with very limited option. Tips: book at the erliest to ensure. For me 23 rooms gone in 2 hr. And sometimes room get available too. Keep watching. For lunch better to go G Bristo which is 8 km away after vikarabad on Hyderabad road. It has all option and hygiene food. Place to visit: Padmanabham temple apporx 1 km. View point approx 1.5 kn Tracking site approx 3 km.
