Aalankrita Resort And Convention

Been here multiple times for various occasions with family and friends . The resort is exotic and the greenery is unmatched. We booked a pool villa and a presidential suite. The staff were all so helpful and the place was clean . The grounds and greenery are very beautiful.They also have a cafe where they serve the breakfast. The place is not so well maintained but okay and in fact goes well with its overall wooden palace kind of decor

Perfect destination for spending quality time with your lived ones. Serene & peaceful place with ample options to relax, chill, eat and entertain. Good pool and decent water park for kids to beat the heat. Good food options and activities to do with indoor and outdoor play area. Definately recommended.

This was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms were large, modern, clean and comfortable. The resort is quite big and confusing. The service was okay. Many of the staff were quite clueless and couldn't help. Whenever I called for extra towels/spoons/ hair dryer etc they would take ages to send it to the room and I would often have to call multiple times The breakfast and food was okay. Not many drink options at breakfast. There is a Dhaba next door with amazing food though! The location is quite far from the airport (1 hour drive) and far from the city centre of Hyderabad. The resort itself is nice and relaxing. The pool and games room are not free and require payment which I think is not worth it. It should be included in the resort when you pay for your room. The hotel also did not allow us to eat in any common areas at night despite landing at 11 pm and having to bring our own food. There is no food in or near the hotel at night once restaurants close!

Aalankrita Resort & Convention claims to be a 4-star property, but there's nothing 4-star about the rooms. The rooms feel outdated, with constant electrical noise and glitches. The bathroom hand stream lacks proper water pressure, and overall, the accommodations feel far from luxurious. On the positive side, the food is good, and the room service is decent. Its main advantage is its proximity to BITS Pilani Hyderabad. However, instead of focusing only on outdoor aesthetics, investing in upgrading and maintaining high-quality room facilities would make a huge difference.

Hassle free location with plenty of parking and great ambiance. Good place to host weddings n family get togethers. Food has variety options too.

Dear Team, I attended a wedding at your resort on April 23rd and stayed in Room 206. During my stay, I had plugged in my OPPO charger near the TV socket. Unfortunately, I forgot to take it with me at the time of check-out. I have already checked with a nearby staff member, but they mentioned that nothing was found in the room, and I haven't received a proper response since then. I kindly request you to check with your housekeeping or lost and found department and let me know if the charger has been found.

Overall a good experience The management should provide easily accessible power plug points , that's only improvement I can suggest. The staff is courteous and the buffet spread is good. The hotel is basically for events , however, it is a good place to stay for couples, families.

Subject: Feedback on Recent Visit to Alankritha Resorts Dear Alankritha Resorts Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced during my recent visit to your resort. Despite purchasing tickets through your website and having a soft copy of the tickets, I was asked to produce a printed copy upon arrival. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Furthermore, I had difficulty locating the business center to get the tickets printed. To my surprise, I was charged 10 per printout. After submitting the printed tickets, I was kept waiting for a long time to receive the coupons. I was expecting a more streamlined and efficient process, especially considering the ticket price. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and work on improving your services.
